Haitham is a dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner licensed in the state of Massachusetts. He is certified as both a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP-C). He earned his psychiatric specialization from UMass Chan Medical School of Nursing and completed his Adult-Gerontology training at Salem State University. Before that, he received a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from UMass Boston and a Bachelor’s in Chemistry from Salem State University.

Haitham completed the majority of his psychiatric clinical training at the Haverhill Pavilion Behavioral Health Hospital under the guidance of Dr. Philippi Sioufi. He also served as a medical and addiction Nurse Practitioner at the Essex County Correctional Facility in Middleton. As a registered nurse, Haitham brings a wealth of hands-on experience from over three years in the ICU, more than five years in the operating room, and more than five years in telemetry units specializing in cardiac monitoring.

Known for his compassionate nature and sense of humor, Haitham is a dedicated listener who genuinely cares about the well-being of others. He’s always ready to lend a helping hand and has a knack for lifting spirits with a well-timed joke or warm smile. Haitham is also highly detail-oriented, skilled at multitasking, and remains calm and effective in high-pressure or emergency situations.
